Your GP or treating specialist will be able to send a referral to referrals@salutiscare.nz, with all of your recent imaging, histology and relevant clinical information. Please note, we are not a diagnostic service. If there is need for any prior investigations before an appointment, we will be in contact with your GP or referring specialist to organise this. At your first appointment you will meet with our receptionist who will ask you to complete a form with information about your personal details, your medical history and medications, your GP, your pharmacy, and your medical insurance policy number. To allow time to complete this enrolment paperwork, we ask that you come 15 minutes prior to your actual appointment time. Once this paperwork is complete, you will then meet with your specialist.

We recommend you bring a support person with you to your first appointment. There will be a lot of information to be discussed. It can be stressful to hear this so having a support person with you to take notes is important. We also ask that you bring all of the details required to complete the enrolment paperwork, including information about any medication you are currently taking and any known allergies. To prepare for this first appointment we recommend you make a list of questions that you want to discuss with your specialist. We will have the time to go through these with you
