I have been a cancer care nurse since 2007. During that time I have worked in day stay and inpatient acute care both at Waikato and Auckland Hospitals. My most recent role was for eight and a half years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Auckland Radiation Oncology.

In addition to my oncology experience, I have worked in Cardio-thoracic and Vascular inpatient care, Cardiology and general medicine. Although most of my nursing career has been in New Zealand, I worked a short stint in a remote hospital on Mornington Island in North Queensland.
